Recent college graduate looking to share what I have learned on my fitness journey over the last four years. Combining my love for the gym and food, I have built a healthy and sustainable life style to reach my goals!

I was an athlete in high school, but did not take it to the next level. When I got to college I quickly fell in love with training my body in a different way, through strength training and HITT workouts. Through the past four years I have developed a love and passion with staying fit and eating healthy in a a sustainable way.
