Struggling on the yo-yo diet hamster wheel of doom is a place I remember all too well. I was watching other people living their lives at their goal weight, not stressing about food, not spending hours in the gym, what did they have that I didn't? I knew there had to be a better way!
2013 is when I decided enough is enough and I started my first (serious) weight loss journey. No more yo-yo dieting for me. I was determined to lose almost 60 pounds for my wedding and I did it!! I maintained my weight loss until after I had my son in 2018. I had gained close to 60 pounds during that pregnancy and the weight was not falling off like it does for some postpartum moms. I knew I had to repeat my weight loss steps and sure enough I lost the weight FAST again! Fast forward to 2020, I had my daughter in March and was 200 lbs after she was born. I successfully completed my 3rd weight loss journey and now maintain at my goal weight in the 130's.
Weight loss does not have to be hard! In fact it can be easy and it can be FUN!

Hi!! My name is Kathleen Hart. I have an awesome husband named Jason and I am a mom to 2 really fun and cute (I might be biased) kids Austin and Scarlett. We have 3 chow chows Kuttah, Mika, and Rambo who are also awesome but their fur is all over me at all times. As a mom I have really shifted gears to what I like to spend my free time doing. I have come to enjoy cleaning (clutter=anxious for me) and I also really enjoy journaling, wandering aimlessly around Target and cooking! I am living my dream life right now. It wasn't always this way. My weight and my health were not always where they are now. Getting that under control really has changed my entire life. I now enjoy cooking and eating and I am maintaining at my lowest weight in about 10 years. I strive every day to teach other people who are struggling like I once was that losing weight does not have to be hard and that anyone can do it too. I want everyone to live their best life!
